We know that men have to declare the obvious when God Almighty blesses and undertakes for His people, but the Lord Himself repeatedly speaks throughout His Word of a unique blessed state there is for those He calls His own. Hebrews 11: 6: says, “And without faith it is impossible to please Him (God), for he who comes to God must (first) believe that He is (exists), and that He is a Rewarder of those who (earnestly and diligently) seek Him.” 2 Timothy 2: 19: (Amplified) says, “But the firm foundation of (laid by) God stands, sure and unshaken, bearing this seal (inscription): “The Lord knows those who are His, and let everyone who names (himself by) the Name of the Lord (abstain) give up all iniquity (wickedness) and stand aloof from it.”
Nahum 1: 7: says, “The Lord is good, a Strength and Stronghold in the day of trouble; He knows (recognizes, has knowledge of, and understands) those who take refuge and trust in Him.” In Isaiah 49: 26b: He says, “And all flesh will know that I, the Lord, am your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.”
It seems that so many do not realize that the Lord has Ears to hear everything that is said, and that one’s well-being according to Scripture is directly related to what one speaks out. Of those who apply the Lord’s ways in their lives, He further speaks in Isaiah 58: 8 – 9 + 11: “Then your light will break out like the dawn, and your recovery will speedily spring forth; and your righteousness will go before you; the Glory of the Lord will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the Lord will answer; you will cry, and He will say, “Here I am.” If you remove the yoke (s) (of oppression), the finger pointed in scorn (toward the oppressed or the godly, and every form of false, harsh, unjust), and wicked speaking. And the Lord will continually guide you, and satisfy your desire in scorched places, and give strength to your bones; and you will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.” Jesus says in John 14: 21: “He who has My commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves Me; and he who loves Me shall be loved by My Father, and I will love him, and will disclose Myself to him.” Matthew 19: 29: says, “And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or children or farms for My Name’s sake, shall receive many times as much, and shall inherit Eternal Life.”
Dearest Holy Lord Jesus: what marvelous benefits You have for those who come to You with all their heart. Come by Your Holy Spirit today, and enlighten us to the manifold mind-boggling inheritance we have in You; that for such a small token of our almost insignificant love, You lavish upon us “every spiritual blessing in the Heavenly Places In Christ Jesus our Lord. Ephesians 1: 3.” Glory to You alone!
