There are so many testimonies that I have yet to share, and this one I’m sharing of my son, two weeks short of his 17th birthday, is one of the most significant.  It was also one month short of the first of two of our daughter’s weddings, within four months. I received a call from my son, from the hospital, saying he had a broken vertebrae; I immediately knew that he was unaware of the severity of what he was saying. As I walked up to the hospital doors, I vividly remember praying to the Lord, thanking Him for the gift of life He had given me in my son, in these very few short years, and that I fully trusted Him for whatever reason He had brought this tragedy my way. I was greeted by a very, hopefully, exception-to-the-rule doctor, who glibly said to me, that my son would be dead by morning, or be a paraplegic for life. As I walked in to the hospital room, my son was in a neck brace, and fully conscious. The medical chart was fully visible for me to see, and said, broken neck: C1. He spent most overnight being sick, from the trauma of his head injury. By morning he was still alive. Praise be to God, alone! He was let out about a week later, with a neck brace, and rested for a few months, and he is completely healed, and has never had any paralysis, or side effects. Glory to God alone! Isaiah 26:12…
