What a sense of security this verse gives me this morning, that the Lord Himself has taken hold of my hand, and will not let me go. There are many such promises to the people of God concerning God\u2019s keeping righteous right Hand. Exodus 15: 6: says, \u201cThy right Hand, O Lord is majestic in Power, Thy right Hand, O Lord, shatters the enemy.\u201d In Isaiah 48: 13: the Lord says, \u201cSurely My right Hand founded the earth, and My right Hand spread out the Heavens.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In Isaiah 41: 10: we read, \u201cDo not fear for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will Help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right Hand.\u201d So we can see that if God promises to hold us by His righteous right Hand, we are secure indeed. Psalm 121: 5 – 7: says, \u201cThe Lord is your Keeper, the Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil; He will keep your soul.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In John 6: 37 + 39: Jesus says, \u201cAll that the Father gives Me shall come to Me, and the one who comes to Me I will certainly not cast out. And this is the Will of Him who sent Me, that of all that He has given Me I lose nothing, but raise it up on the last day.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Dearest Holy Lord Jesus: I am so thankful that Your ability to keep me far surpasses my ability to cling to You. To know that even when we are sleeping You are constantly watching over and holding on to us. Come by Your Precious Holy Spirit today, and reassure all those who have sought Refuge in You, and give them peace as only You are able, for all that they have placed in the care of Your Eternal Keeping Power.
