We are often tempted in life because of our human nature, as we are also prone to do, to look at the difficulties that surround us, rather than at the Greatness that God has to deliver us. I liken it to certain telescopes and binoculars; on the one side you can see far away, while on the other you can see up close. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n If I use this analogy with any given situation in my life, I can see everything from either God\u2019s perspective, or mine. The more I keep my eyes focused on a problem, the more that problem seems to grow, and sometimes right out of proportion. But if I turn to the Lord to see it from where He is seated in the Heavenly Places, as we read in Colossians 3: 1, I can somehow sort out the tangled issues. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n In Ephesians 2: 6: it says, \u201cBecause of the Father\u2019s rich Mercy and great Love, we were made alive together with Him, and He has also seated us with Him where He is in that Heavenly Place.\u201d It is like watching a parade from the top of a building, as opposed to seeing it go by at the street level.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Jesus says in Revelations 22: 13: \u201cI am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.\u201d In John 1: 2: it says, \u201cAll things came into being by Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.\u201d This is the proper perspective that we must seek every moment of every day; that God is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we could ever ask or think, according to the Power that works within us, Ephesians 3: 20, because He is King of kings and Lord of lords. Revelations 19: 16.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n Dearest Holy Lord Jesus: undertake I pray for all those who are in a crisis situation today, to let them see things through Your Eyes. May the Holy Spirit empower all who call upon Your Name Jesus, to discern with truth and wisdom in the matters with which they have to deal. Come and fill us afresh to be strengthened with Power in the inner man that we might go in the Strength of the Lord and the Power of His Might. Ephesians 3: 16: + 6: 10.
